How do I work with MD Virtual Assistant?
You can fill out the provider questionnaire or request a free consultation and someone from our team will get in touch with you within 24hrs.
 

Does MD Virtual Assistant train all VAs?
Yes, we provide training for all our VAs on your processes. It takes 1-2 weeks to train our VAs once we receive the necessary training documentation. 
 

What should I expect after my first consultation?
Prior to or after your initial consult with MD Virtual Assistant, you can expect to fill out the questionnaire and provide relevant information about your practice. You will then get to interview the VAs and select your team member(s). A contract will be sent to you for work to begin under the agreed terms.
 

How will I be billed for VA services?
You will be billed each week on Monday for services rendered the week prior. Invoices will be sent via PayPal or Quickbooks (unless otherwise agreed).
 

What types of providers does MD Virtual Assistant work with?
We work with all types of healthcare practices, including Physical Therapists, Chiropractors, Neurologists, Neurosurgeons, Dentists, Cardiologists, and many more.
What are your rates
Our billing rate is $6/hr, billed to you weekly based on the method specified on the contract. 
How soon can I start working with a VA?
We can have a VA trained on your processes as quickly as 1 week from your completion of the questionnaire, and up to 2 weeks at the latest.
What EMR/EHR systems are the VAs trained to use
The VAs we hire are system-agnostic, and can adapt to your preferred system prior to coming onboard. Our VAs have used systems such as Tebra/Kareo, Dr Chrono, AthenaHealth, eClinicalWorks, and many more. Please let us know if you have a specific request and we will work with you to make accommodations.
