How it Works
1. Consultation + Questionnaire
We start with a short call to understand your practice or startup’s biggest needs - scheduling, billing, patient intake, admin, or customer service. You’ll then complete a simple onboarding questionnaire so we can capture your workflows, tools, and preferences. This helps us hit the ground running.
2. Onboarding & Setup
We’ll integrate into your systems (EHR, scheduling software, email, phone line, or other tools) and set up processes so your VA can start supporting you within 1-2 weeks.
3. Shared Services Support
Instead of being assigned to just one VA, you’ll benefit from a shared services model with 1–2 U.S.-verified assistants who are trained to flex across multiple clients. This means you’re never left without coverage.
4. Ongoing Check-ins
We provide continuous support, performance monitoring, and adjustments to ensure tasks are handled exactly the way you need.
